Pre-Professional Health Academic Program (PHAP) Symposium Week

The Symposiums were first started by the PHAP Student Association, Pre-SOMA, and SUAT student organizations at CSUEB in collaboration to provide our post-bacc students with an opportunity to learn about professional school programs and gain beneficial insight into the application/admissions process of these schools. Programs represented in our symposiums include: Allopathic Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Dentistry.

6:05PM-6:10PM Opening/Welcome Symposium Introduction, background, schedule, introduce representatives.
6:10PM-6:50PM School Representative School
6:50PM-7:30PM School Representative School
7:30PM-8:10PM School Representative School
8:10PM-8:20PM Closing Statement Thank you to speakers, sponsors, clubs, student leaders, staff.
8:20PM-9:00PM Meet and Greet Meet & greet with school representatives. Food will be provided.

(Note: Library (location of Biella Room) is circled in purple in map provided below. Student volunteers will escort speakers to the Biella Room.)

Parking:

$2/hour or $10 daily parking for those without permits.

VBT 124: Parking “Lot H” or “Lot G” is the closest lot to the Valley Business &    Technology Center (VBT). Please feel free to park there. (Note: “Lot H” and “Lot H” are circled in red in the map provided below.)

Biella Room: Parking “Lot A” is the closest lot to the Biella Room in the Library.         Please feel free to park there. (Note: “Lot A” is circled in green in the map provided below.)
